I did not work today, so I am fantastic, Mike. I actually enjoyed the sunshine today. Nobody pissed me off, so it's all good. Yeah, it's good. It's all good. How are you doing, Darby O. I'm all right, I'm all right, little tired. I'm ready to enjoy this this holiday weekend. But those of you are listening to this the Saturday when this comes out, and I hope everybody enjoys their Memorial Day weekend. I am looking forward to a nice little, quick little break. Been got a lot of stuff on my plate these last last couple of months, so I'll be enjoying the holiday, and I hope everybody who's listening enjoys the holiday as well. So we have some things to discuss that we're going to get into it just a little bit. Be first, we have a very important interview with some important information that we're gonna get to right now. All right, we have a very special guest on the show today. He's been on the show before and he's he's back with some exciting news that I want to make sure as many people as possible hear about it. He is the founder, president and CEO of Edwins, Randon Kristowski. Welcome back. How you doing, sir, Hey Darbiel, Thanks thanks sir for having me back out. Man, absolutely, so let's jump right into it. Man, tell us a little bit about what you got going on. Well, hey, man, you know, you know we do the training here at Edwins and so much more. But the next level to what we do is we want to make sure that men and women in Cleveland, particularly those who have who the banks maybe have not been fond of right, get them to ownership, a real pathway to ownership for their culinary dreams. So, whether that's a bakery, a restaurant, it's a small shop, a coffee shop, we're trying to get you today goal through our new accelerator program. So tell us a little bit about the Accelerator program. What can people expect and all that good stuff. It's it's simple, man. You apply if you go online, right, you go to our websites, right front and center, you fill out the application. We're taken roughly twenty five to thirty applicants only. Okay, you know, we want to encourage those who are ready to own and start their own business, and we'll take you through a six week course. You know, make sure your business plan is tight, make sure you've got certain marketing materials, correct pitch you know how to pitch your your idea. And then from there we're selecting three to five that we will back. Okay, We're going to back them with our expertise and consulting okay for whatever they need. And also they'll have access to one hundred and fifty thousand dollars and no interest loans. Wow. So so you said three five would have that access. But even the ones who aren't picked would still have an incredible experience with getting all this information that would be necessary for their business, regardless of whether they get picked or not. Right, exactly exactly, So you know, no matter what if you even if you don't make that three to five cut, well there's the reason why because maybe the things that you needed to have in place weren't there. So you'll definitely get to that next step. And yeah, we're just looking at bringing it to people, man, who who are not getting the shot? You know what I mean, Darviio, there's a lot of people out they're not getting the shot. They've been slugging it out man. They either were working for someone else or they're they're trying to push it, you know, to a level that's just maybe out of their house. But it's time for the brick and mortar, you know, it's time for the big show, and that's what we're helping bring it to. Awesome. So this is this new just the first year you're gonna be doing this? Is this a long term like how long has this been around? So this is this will be a new program for us. But we have great partners involved. Man, the Cleveland Browns are really behind this. They were the catalysts here. They said they want to make sure they see more people get to ownership, especially in the minority community. They were instrumental in backing us with dollars and and supporting us in many ways. But yeah, this is this is our first year we're doing it. It will not be the last year. And you know, applications are open now until I think we cut it off June twentieth. So hey, if you got your if you have to write stuff, I would say, get online. Make sure we apply it absolutely. So talk a little bit about obviously from your from your own background, you know how difficult it is to start a restaurant and you have an incredible success story that more that more people need to hear. So talk a little bit about how your experiences have helped to influence like you know what these these budding entrepreneurs are going to need. Talk a little bit about how your experience influence is this project. Listen, man, this restaurant business, and I don't care where in the world you are, is cutthroat and it is tough, and and you know they say ninety percent of these these businesses fail within the first year. You know, there's some extraordinary statistic and I don't know exactly what it is, but the odds are not with you. And so what the most important thing to know is the biggest part of your business will be built upon the deal you make at the beginning, the least that you cut to the equipment you purchase, and controlling those costs is what saves you down the road. And also running a very very tight and organized business, right you know, there's no there's no margin for airor on waste or over purchasing because then you tie up your cash flow or making sure you had the right manager and staff in place and you're paying them appropriately. You know, these are the things that you never wants to be kind and nice and do these things. But you know what in a restaurant, did you get run over? And and and and less and less than a year, a couple of months, you're out of business. The biggest thing that we bring to the table is we set up those those you know those bumpers, man, to keep you in a lane that will help you sustain. And that's what when we get called into consults and we and we're not cheap for consulting when we do do it. These are the problems that we're seeing. Man, no systems, wrong leadership, a bad deal at the beginning. If someone would have called us in before, we would have made sure that they succeeded. Uh. And that's what this incubator is about. In this accelerator, man, we're gonna we're gonna bring that that cutthroat restaurant fashion into your business, into your model. Right, it's your business, it's your model. But we're going to bring in some of these these systems that will allow you to succeed. And and the biggest part I'm proud of. You know, the Cleveland Foundations said, hey, you know, we asked them, we need some money to give to people who are entrepreneurs. You know, we don't have infinite money. And they stepped up with one hundred and fifty thousand to give to us that we can loan out. Okay, so now there's no rigging around of a bank and all these different checks of credits and and how long have you owned a business? Well, you haven't because you can't get money for one. So we're like that first step and we work in conjunction with others. If you need more money, I'm sure we can get we can leverage that that funding as well. Absolutely. And what is if you think back to as you built you know Edwins and to the successful restaurant that it is today and just an overall you know, successful so example of social entrepreneurship in particular, what was some of the more difficult challenges that you had as you were building a ones? You know it? It was like what you would expect out of starting something that's never been built before, right, Others you know'll possibly conceive in this vision that it's possible. Right, Just getting people believe, more so in those that are coming out of the criminal justice system than the actual restaurant itself. You know, That's what it takes a lot of people to overcome. Was this idea that someone out of prison was capable of this, which to you and I is ridiculous, right, But to others they just you know, they couldn't conceive it. But getting people over that hump was, you know, I spent before opening Edwins, you know, twenty years or so in the restaurant business at the highest level throughout Paris, New York and so on. So listen, I got I got my ass kicked, I made mistakes, I tightened up. I mean, I feel I felt pretty good about going into starting this this you know business. But again, once you get open, it's a different story and you learn quickly you you need to sustain. And some of those lessons would include managing cash flow. You know, no need to tie it up on the shelves, you know, keep a little inventory, stretch it, stretch it, stretch it, you know, making sure you have the right team in place. Sometimes you have a player you think is going to work out. You see it in football and basketball. At the time that player doesn't work out. So it's putting the right players in place and then and then letting them play. But consistency is king in this business. It takes a lot of years to get that ingrained in someone. But the system that you come up with is really the operating system you need to it's going to make or breaking absolutely and so and that kind of goes into my next question here, what if if you could pick one thing that is the most important thing that the participants are going to learn or they'll need that they'll gain from this program. What would it be structure that you actually need to succeed in business? Okay, it's not this, oh you know, read page seven of this book. No, it's the actual structure that a successful business has to have to operate. That's gonna be the biggest thing you learned these six weeks, and we're gonna we're gonna make sure you have it. And when does the program begin. The program is going to begin in July. Now, applications will take applications till June twentieth, and then we'll begin classes July eighth. So after that long four July weekend, get ready to grind it out. And six weeks later, we're not wasting time. We're selecting a few and we're getting started, all right, And how can people apply? It's really simple, man, Just go online, go on the Edwins restaurant dot org website. Uh, it's it's right there, front and center. You click the accelerator link. You go on there will take exactly what you need to fill it an application, plain and simple. Okay. We'll also have it on social media, you know, or if you go on our Instagram or Facebook, there's gonna be plenty of information about there as well. But you know, if you want to get involved, simple as that. And look, if you're one of those those people out there and say, hey, I've got many successful businesses, how can I help you do more of this? Well, you know, let's talk because there's others who have contributed to what we're doing to help make this happen. Individuals, corporations, you name it. But all the informations online. All right, let once again that actually goes into where else is going? Next time for that as well, talk a little bit about some of the support that you've gotten for this project. We've we've had such generous people in this area. Man, it's incredible. Not only one person does it alone. So you know, an individual and you know anonymously, he's given seventy five thousand. Cleveland Brown stepped up to the plate their players and their team with another seventy five thousand. That helps us put on this whole class, et cetera, and support that person who goes through the program into their their ownership role. We're gonna be behind them, man like I'm telling you what, what people you know pay for this is well in access to that, but that covers it. And then the one hundred and fifty thousand the Cleveland Foundation has pledged here is another huge step because we no longer have to worry about we have to go through this bank, go through this program, and go through that program. We identify leaders, we see what they're made of, we know where they're at, and and we're righteous, you know, to lend and we can leverage this. You know, there's other people who at the table who says, call me if you find that person, because we can we can put our heads together and even leverage that funding for more. Lastly, there's land involved in this. Landlords down you know, from downtown to midtown who are willing and ready to cut deals for those who are interested if that's where they want their space. If they don't want their space there, obviously, you know, forget about it. But we're working with landlords throughout the city, commercial ones who are willing to you know, at least a property to a new business owner. Excellent, excellent. It's very encouraging to hear how the community has come together on this project. And you know, I'm very hopeful that it's going to be a huge success. Now, before we go for people who may not be familiar with Edwinds, talk a little bit about Edwin's on the restaurant and everything else that you have going on and all that good stuff. Yeah, Edwards, you know here we are a fine dining French restaurant. We're also a school. So for six months, anyone coming out of the criminal justice system were affected by it. We trained to the top dining room, kitchen business basics, you know, wine knowledge, spirit knowledge, et cetera. So we are a culinary school. We run at the real speed of a restaurant, very powerful. We do not only have Edwins the French fine dining restaurant in Shaker Square. We have Edwin's two. We have a butcher shop, a bakery. We have a campus which is now five buildings strong. So we have free housing for students in our program. We offer graduate housing. We just opened up a childcare center a year ago. We offer free childcare to students in our program shoot. We teach in juvenile junele corrections twice a day, five days a week. We're nationwide on tablets, reaching about one hundred thousand inmates over four hundred and twenty prisons and institutions like we hit hard Man re entries our game, food's our game. But we're also no nonsense Starvio that come to the program thinking as a free ride, it's it's not exactly that you have to work. You have to work hard. That's our that's our business, and that's life. That's right, that's right, all right, one more time, let everybody know the basis on when the when the program starts, how they can apply all that good stuff real quick. Absolutely. Edwards Accelerator Program applications will close June twentieth, okay, June twentieth, get your application, and by then July eighth, we start the uh you know, the series of classes, and by August we'll have someone select it and hopefully on their way to us to starting their business. All right, thank you so much for coming on the show, spending time with us and sharing this a very very important program, and I wish you all the best and I hope it's hugely successful. Heydarb, Hey, look, thank you so much for spreading this word. You know, without without advocates like yourself and leaders, you know, this message is to get out there and you know you're you're one of those people helping make that happen. I appreciate it absolutely anything I can do, appreciate it. Thank you. All right, stay tuned. We have more to count here. These days. It seems like everybody's talking, but no one is actually listening to the things they're saying. Critical thinking isn't dead, but it's definitely low on oxygen. It's very important for the algorithm and for those of you already done, so thank you also very much, miss miss O'Malley, I know you wanted to talk about something is yours? Yeah, so, oh this topic is very triggering, especially you know, to the mothers and fathers, to the parents. So recently I had a situation where my daughter had got bit by my cat, and so my daughter ended up going to the hospital. And because cat bites, by the way, guys, is a real thing. So when it does, it gets infected, et cetera, et cetera. It does happen. So she ended up going to the hospital. They had to put her on antibiotics, which she's better, by the way. However, so when we go to this hospital, I'm not going to state what hospital, but I would like to say, so you I don't know, so everybody knows the normal questions that they ask you or ask children. They ask anybody really, do you feel safe at home? Do you feel like harming yourself or others? Et cetera, et cetera. And so when we get upstairs to the pides, which is for children, these nurses asked me to leave the room for a moment so they can ask my daughter some questions. I was thinking that they were going to ask those very questions I just listed, and those were not, in fact the questions that they asked her. My daughter, by the way, is ten years old. She is very very innocent, still a normal child. She doesn't try to act older than her age, well, other than her preteen attitude occasionally. But so these nurses ask my ten year old daughter, is she having sex? And does she drink and smoke? So the nurse came out to me after asking her these questions, and she looks at me and she says, I may have opened up a can of worms. And I'm like, what do you mean? And she said, I kind of I asked her if she's having sex, and she was very confused on what I asked her. So now she's kind of curious, and she said, I will let you talk to your daughter. So I go into the room and immediately my daughter says, Mommy, what sex? Oh okay. So now I am very livid. I'm very, very very upset because, you know, this my innocent ten year old child who I've worked so hard, I fought so hard to protect her innocence, you know, from this already crazy world. You know, where there's a lot of bad people that do harmful things, you know, three children or other children that take advantage of other children, you know, And I've done I've worked so hard to protect her and just for these nurses to ruin her innocence in a split second when all we did was go to the hospital to add to for a cat bite. Wow. So yeah, I find that to be an issue because it's not that they were asking her that because they felt something was wrong. They asked her that because now apparently this is a new thing that hospitals ask to starting from the age of seven, and they do not they do not communicate that with the parent beforehand of asking these children. That's yeah, that's outrageous. That's absolutely outrageous. The fact that they thought it was a good idea to do this, and the fact that they did. The most important thing is not only did they do this with a ten year old, but they did it without telling you first, because you could have told them, hey, don't do that. R And the fact that they did that without your consent, that's wild. Yeah, I agree. I was absolutely fuming, Garbio. I could not believe what I was hearing. I was so like distraught by it, and just like I'm pretty sure smoke was coming out of my ears like I was. I was heated. That nurse immediately disappeared after that, like I did not see her for the remainder of that night man. And it was like, and obviously I'm not gonna get graphic. It would be different if that happened if she was there for something that had something to do with that region, right, like it was an it was a cat bite. What are we doing? Yeah? And I actually found out through a friend that works at that hospital, that very hospital. I was talking to her about it because I was still upset, and she told me because I was mad, I was very upset about it. I was talking to her and she was the one that told me that. She was like, unfortunately they make us ask that question now for starting from the age of seven years old. And I was like, that is so effed up, Like you just destroyed every bit of her innocence, like not her particularly, but that nurse, Like they destroyed her that innocent part of her. I mean, God forbid, you know. And the thing is is I get it because now in this day and age, there are a lot of young girls that are around that age that are are out having sexual intercourse and things of the sort and doing things that they should not be doing. I get that, but like you said, D'Arville, they should have spoken that with me first. And now because of that, my daughter she has access to the internet. You know, this is twenty twenty four, So she has access to the internet, you know what I mean? And so I do. I will have to go ahead and lock her tablet and her phone from being able to reach that part of the Internet because I don't want her to go beyond and go research. Hey, what does this mean? Like, obviously, my child knows what boyfriend and girlfriend is, she knows what a husband and wife is. She knows how things you know, you know, she knows things of that sort, but she does she never knew anything when it comes to the lines of that. She was actually more appalled, stockingly, my child was more appalled that they asked her if she smoked and drink. She was like, mom, like, I cannot believe they would ask me that. I will be well, first of all, I'm glad she felt like that number one, number two. That is a good sign because she still doesn't have the full concept or or idea of what sex is. So that's that's a good job out of you, you know, but yeah, no, that's outrageous. She still plays with baby dolls and barbies and plays for tend you know, she still does all that innocent stuff. She still likes the color and draw and just sting and learn how to play piano and draw up dig in the dirt like that. That's that's the stage she's in. Like she she don't even look at boys in that way, Like I mean, I'm sure she does, like, oh he's handsome. I think one time maybe she has said a boy was handsome. I've seen it in one of like a little piece of paper and I was like absolutely not, Like don't do that again. You may not not until you're like fifty, all right, but wow wow, But they need to they need to come up with something else. I understand that they want to make sure that they keep our children safe and they want to protect them, and they want to make sure you know that they're not doing things they shouldn't be doing because these things can happen because you know, older adults or other children can't like I said, Kim, and do do harmful things and manipulate these young children into doing these things, and then they do become active. But you do need to come up with a They need to come up with a different solution to going about that. Yeah, well, and the parents, they talk to the parents first. They should absolutely talk to the parents first off, the writ before they asked that, because now you had to have an uncomfortable conversation. Try to shut that down with your daughter. You don't even want to thinking about that right now, right, because like, come on, no, if she's like, the usual question is you know, mommy or daddy, where do babies come from? That's the usual question that kids asked. But I didn't get that one. Okay, I didn't get that question. Now you got straight to the S word. I mean, she has asked the whole baby question before, which I'm by the way, I'm like, yeah, god, zap right. You know, Zach, you're right into my belly. You know that's how that happened, you know, just half true. Yeah, so but you know that that's Yeah, that's something that they really need to They need to fix that problem because you're you're out here, while you're trying to protect children, you're also ruining them. Yeah, yeah, don't don't steal the child's innocence. Let them be children, man, They already have enough stuff to deal with in this world, you know. Yeah, and sorry, Darbiel. And one more thing is I'm already I already go through a lot because it can happen to boys as much as it can happen to girls as far as like the whole pedophile thing. Yeah, but i am. I've for years I have been very funny about when it comes to my daughter. I'm not overly protect live where I look at every guy like, oh he could be or he is. But at the same point, I do like not guys that I know personally, but I'm always like stay close by where I can see you, or like, don't talk to that man, don't you know, don't go under sit on a couch and undercovers with a man, or don't let them touch you. If somebody touches you inappropriately, you tell somebody or you tell me. Like so it's already I'm already going through that thing, that type of thing as a mom with a very young, beautiful girl, and so like that just does not help, not helpful, not helpful at all. All Right, stay tuned, and we have Tomas. Welcome them next here on the Outlaws. True Sir, pray ye, welcome back. Listen to the Outlaws. And now it's the time to show that we'd like to call Tea Time with Roe. Turn it up Spectation, the latest celebrity news and gossip. It's Tea Time with Roe on the out Rows Radio show. All right, y'all, So the tea this week is insane? Like what is going on right now? First and foremost, when I hear the name Sean, I think P Diddy, right, because I'm pretty sure that's his name, right, But no, and who originally sings that? You went silent again? Oh well, it didn't want to hear me, did it? So we are So basically, the person I am speaking on is Sean Kingston. He is a singer who came out of god, I don't even know what twenty nineteen, maybe even earlier, oh earlier than that, way earlier than that, maybe maybe two thousand and nine. Probably that sounds about right with okay, So yeah, that sounds about so Sean Kingston. First of all, he makes great music, absolute great music, and I never imagined to hear this story about him. So Sean Kingston's Florida home was recently rated over the failure to pay one hundred and fifty thousand dollars in debt. Now, I guess there's been multiple charges of the of this debt. Okay. So originally I think it was over like a cabinet or something of the sort. It was some home furnishings, but there was other things on TV. Wasn't it a TV, like a large extra large TV or something like that. I think that's one of the things. There was actually more. Yeah, really it was one and one that okay. Yeah, So he the person, the company that he owed the money to, was actually outside his home during the rating while the news was there and everybody was there, and they're like, yeah, we come to collect, you know what I mean. And so it's not like it was just over furniture. Furniture, right, So it was basically the fact that he actually just did not pay it. He refused. He actually had weeks and months to pay it, and he just refused to pay it. He never paid any of it. So they raided his home and he got arrested, and you that is not it. It don't stop there. His mama got arrested too, for fraud. And I could not believe my ears. I could not believe my eyes because I'm just blown away. Not only Sean Kingston, who I personally look at and I'm like, oh, he's so sweet and innocent. He's such a good singer, you know, and I guess you cannot judge a book by its covered. But his mama also got arrested, and that is bizarre, like what not for mama. So from my understanding, the mama got arrested first. Yeah, the mama got arrested first, from my understanding. Number one. Number two, from from my understanding, it was an issue of he had he didn't pay. He paid him something, but he didn't pay all the money he was supposed to, and he was supposed to be giving them publicity on social media and he did with with Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber, that's right, that's right, who is his friend. So, yeah, he didn't hold up his end of the deal. I personally, I'm surprised that it got escalated to the point where there was a raid of a raid on his house. I would think that, you know, you to him, take him the court or whatever, and you know, because this sounds like a civil case. It doesn't sound like a criminal situation to me, but were about it that we don't know. I am surprised that his house got raided though, So it does say right here, DARBYO, you were correct about the television. So it says that the swat team, along with numerous sheriffs, they came in, they circled the home. A civil complaint was filed on Kingston, received by Broward Clerk of Courts from Verver Entertainment Company and that's who he got it from, alleging that Sean Kingston missed his payments for the entertainment system that included a two hundred and thirty two inch television. The complaint also it alleged that the full amount was never paid after the installation was completed, and the complaint further alleges that Kingston used his home he uses his fame to scan businesses out of services and product without paying fully. And it says the attorney, an attorney for the company said, quote unquote, my client has over one hundred and fifty thousand dollars television sound system that's in there. There's also about one million worth of watches that are in there. In eighty thousand custom bed that was ordered. Then this has organized a systematic fraud. His mother was taken into custody on numerous fraud and theft charges as well. Yeah, I'm just I'm surprised. I'm really surprised that it got escalated to this point. But we'll see. But the other thing, the last thing on this from me is do you know how big a damn two hundred and thirty two inch TV is? Yeah, I honestly I can't even imagine. I'm trying to, but it's not in my tax bracket, you know. So yah, Like that's whole wall huge, that is you. And you know, here's the crazy thing though, you know where his story came. So he actually came from the mud, you know what I mean a lot of people if people don't know what came from the mud means like he came from the struggle. He grew like, he grew up and they they had, they were going without, they didn't have very much, they were struggling. His mom actually, so during the time of Sean Kingston's growing growth of during the time of coming up in fame, his mom was actually incarcerated at that time when he just came out and he was homeless when his first song dropped. Wow, he was still homeless when his first song dropped. And that is absolutely crazy, darbio. And so I think we were talking about this a little bit off air where you were saying I think it, you know, I think I'm gonna be speak with you mama. Uh. But so as far as that goes is, I really never would have thought about that where it's like where we battle our old self and our new selves. Yeah, yeah, where she was saying that, you know, it's like where he was he could. You know, these artists they tend to battle themselves where it's like they can't get out of that lifestyle because that is what they are accustomed to, right. I never really would have thought about that. But then when I think back, I'm like, dang, like if we actually when we take the when I take a second, and I think, well, when we do healing and we work on ourselves, we tend to battle our old self and our new self, like triggers of things like oh, this is how I used to react to the situation, or this is what I used to do, or how I would get through this situation versus what I my new self would do and so at first because I was like so confused and libergasted. I'm like, why do these artists that are celebrities and have so much money and fame do this to themselves? But I guess now I understand in a way. Yep, absolutely, next, Oh, this next one. It is a big pot of tea. Okay, everybody already knows. I'm sure if you don't know, there has been a big uproar and a big thing with P Diddy, and P Diddy is a I guess he's a rapper singer. He is well, he was one of the biggest hip hop mogals in the country and easy the billionaire close to a billionaire. He was. He was an American success story until all of this came out. But go ahead, Yeah, from like back in the nineties, he was a big thing. He actually he wrote a lot of songs for a lot of people, like he was. He was huge, like a lot. I'm sad, guy, Listen, I'm upset because a lot of the songs that I absolutely love, like, I feel guilty now listening to you kind of like the whole r Kelly thing, you know. But so let me just state I'm not going to go into full detail, but I'll just give a little brief history on it. So, there was a video that came out of P Diddy abusing Cassie in a hotel, and it has it was happening over time. So now that that came out, so before that, Cassie actually I think I may have covered this story before where Cassie came out and she pressed charges on Ditty for that very situation and she just ended up settling with receiving a certain funds. Yeah, shooting, pressed charges. It was a lawsuit because it was it was beyond the So after the video came out, Cassie was silent for a while and everybody was everybody has been very upset over the situation because we do not take abuse in any way lightly. So he did he did put out a video apologizing, explaining, you know, he you know, he was down and out in life at you know, at that time, and that he is he was upset with himself and grew himself then as well as now. So he did put out put out, you know, his apology, and I'm not really sure you know how to take that, you know, whatever, whatever anybody however they take it, they take it. I know how I feel, but I'll leave it at that. Passie finally spoke out and she said, quote unquote, thank you for all of the love and support for my family, friends, strangers, and those I have yet to meet. The outpouring of love has created a place for my younger self to settle and feel safe now. But this is the only beginning. This is only the beginning. Domestic violence is the issue. It broke me down to someone I never thought I would become. With a lot of hard work, I am better today, but I will always be recovering for my past. Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to take the matter seriously. My only ask is that everyone opened your heart to be leaving victims the first time. It takes a lot of heart to tell the truth out of a situation that you were powerless in. I offer my hand to those that are still living in fear. Reach out to your people, don't cut them off. No one should ever carry this weight alone. This healing journey is never ending, but this support means everything to me. Thank you, love always, Catsie. So I have one issue, one issue, but I believe it alone. Other than that, I thought that was a very powerful statement. I'm glad she made it. That video was horrific. What I mean, he beat the hell out of it. Was like the ray Rice video when Ray Rice, who was playing for the Baltimore Ravens at the time, hunch that, you know what out of his girlfriend in the elevator. It's just it's no place for it. It's just not acceptable. I don't I am I gonna go there? Am I gonna go there? I don't know, Okay, I'm just gonna say this very quickly. I don't like the whole believe everybody thing, because some people's stories aren't believable, but there were many people. Most people believed Cassie, like when it came out some of the allegations from the beginning. There have been rumors that she was being abused by Daddy all the way back to when they were still in relationship together, even just from some of the videos pictures, she never really looked happy when she was with him. So I wasn't surprised. It was shocking to see it, and it was I mean that that that behavior was just that was awful, And so Diddy said in his video that he was fed up at the time and you know, he apologized and said he was said he had got some help. Now, I hope it's sincere. I'm not the person. Only God can judge. I can't say whether he's sincere or not. I don't know as hard. I do know that he's been new that he had anger management issues. This is not new he had. I believe he had to go to anger management in nineteen ninety nine when he was with him and Jennifer Lopez was together and Shine and him got into that fight with somebody else in the club, and you know, allegedly Puffy shot some dude and Shine ended up taking the rap for it. That's why Sean went to jail and ended up getting deported eventually. Wow, yeah, so did he. Ben knew he had an anger management issue. So I hope he's sincere. I hope he's sincerely getting the help that he deserved. One of the reasons why I've never been a big fan of of these topics, and you know that Robert, and I'm pulling the curtain back a little bit. I'm not a big fan of these because I don't like when I look at social media and I look at some of the comments and people are making It's like they enjoyed dancing on people's graves and they forget that like real people are involved in these situations, and I don't think that it's helpful to you know, just it's like they just they want more and more and more. It's like they're bloodthirsty and it just becomes just about the content and not about the situation. It's like, look, what happened to Cassie was awful. It was awful. It was absolutely horrific. And did he should get help? And I hope he sincere. I hope he meant what he said because that was clearly a video of a man who needs help. And this is, like I said, he's known for twenty years or over twenty years that he has anger management issues. Yeah, yeah, I do want to say, I know what you were saying as far as because there are women who lie just to you know, get revenge on a man. And by the way, just for the record, right, and so I wouldn't say entirely not to not believe every story, but take it light, like you know what I mean, don't take it lightly. That's a difference. Yeah, absolutely, I agree with that. I agree with that because it's you know, in this day and age, it's really hard to tell who is lying, who's not lying, you know, what the situation is. Did like not that because first and foremost, it's not okay to put a fir a man to put his hands on a woman, also vice versa. But you know, you have to you have to take that seriously because we really don't. We don't know what's going on, we don't. I agree with that. I think that's a I think there's a difference. Like obviously, I don't like the whole you know, believe all women because some women aren't. Just are telling the truth. Let's just be honest. But we should take allegations seriously. I absolutely agree with that, totally agree with that. Just pay attention to the signs. Yeah, I mean that's step one. Pay attention to the signs and if need be, do wellness checks. Just listen to them, you know, don't don't don't immediately go into oh you do you're doing this to this person, you're doing this, or you're doing that, you know, just pay attention to the signs, right right, and take take it seriously. And like you said, pay attention to the sales because I will say there was a guy, this is a story here locally who I don't know if it was ten years ago, fifteen years ago, something like that, who was accused of rape. He was a star football player and possibly could have went, you know, to the NFL, was getting ready to go to college, and everything he was accused of rape went. I think he went to jail, lost everything, lost his entire career opportunities and all of that. Believe this was out of Garfial Heights only for a few for like a couple of years after that, for the for the woman to come out and that Mitch, you made the whole thing up. Wow, wow, Yeah, did she get jail time for that? No, they don't. They don't punish like, which I think they should as a deterrence if you just flat out live, if you just flat out lives, you know. So I think we have to learn how to balance these things, because we should take these things seriously. Mhm. But there are those incidents are real, Those things are real, Yeah, absolutely, you know. And and and this man of course, now his name was cleared, but he lost everything. I feel like they should have gave it all back to him. Well, what can you what can you do if you weren't, you couldn't go to college, you're out of football, you know, your your football prime and all of that, Like what what can you do? That's the that's the issue in a lot of those situations. Uhh, Like that's the problem. So it's like these these things should always be very very they should be taken very seriously. They're not something to play with, Like that's the issue. It's like these things are like really, these are tough conversations. Yeah, and that's one of the reasons why I don't like having because there's no there you can't win, you know what I mean, you can't win. There's no there's no winning in these conversations because they're all really difficult because there are women who are abused and sometimes they don't make it out right. Absolutely absolutely, and we should take those things seriously, you know what I do. I'm sorry, I was gonna say. I do just want to suggest and recommend, and I say this with I say this with love to the men that have anger issues. If you feel like you are in that situation where I don't know whatever whatever that is that's stirring the pot, that's just making you feel that much anger. Definitely, just you know, step away and just I think you should go talk to somebody, go see a therapist, you know, work on that because I don't know if it's like a mentally ill thing, I don't know health can you know, health issues, you know, as far as that goes. Just just go get help women women as well. If you feel like you're you're the same the same way, same way, same thing. Yeah, yeah, because obviously this is a this as a a situation where did he clearly have some issues, clearly like there's no doubt about it, and he needed he needed some help, he needed anger management. Yep. And you know what I do want to end my my side of this with ladies, there is a happy ending, Like I know it's it'll be tough and it'll be a rough road. But in Cassie's situation, she is now happily married to a very good man who treats her well, he protects her, and he loves her holy So it is possible, right, absolutely absolutely so. I just I'll just say this and closing, if you are in that situation, you know, reach out and get some get some help, get out of that situation. If you're in an abusive situation, get out as fast as you can, as soon as you can, because sometimes, you know, people don't make it out, you know. We we saw a situation up here, I think about a year ago, a year and a half ago of a judge form a judge who had been abusive to his wife or ex wife I think they might have been divorced at that point or whatever, and then he ended up killing her. Yeah. So if you're in those situations, I mean, if you're in an abusive you know, situation, like get out, do do whatever you can and get out because your life and your life. Nothing is more important than your life, Nothing is more important. So make sure that you do whatever you can get out of those situations. Reach reach out to people. If you can't do it alone, reach out to people that can help you and get out of their situations. And just to reiterate what Robin said for men, and in fairness with women too, because there are some women who are abusive to We know that too. Anybody who has who thinks they're struggling with being able to control their anger, having anger issues and need anger management, make sure you seek out help too. Hurt people. Hurt people, whether that's physically, emotionally, psychologically, or otherwise. So if you need some help, don't be afraid to go get some help with whatever you're dealing with. Whether you're in a in an abuse situation, whether you're being abused, or whether you're someone who is losing control and being abusive. You know, get get help, Get help, all right, missle Balley on that feutiful end. Let everybody know how to follow you on social media?
