I'm Just Sayin - The Secret to Living 110 Years
Now this is the FCB Podcast Network. Just listen to yourself presents I'm just said with Davis. New Jersey resident Vincent Dransfield just turned one hundred and ten years old. Hailing from the town of Little Falls, Dransfield now becomes the eighth oldest reported man in the world. He lives alone in his three level home with no aid or extra health Born in nineteen fourteen, the septagenarian claims he has never been a health fanatic, but attributes much of his vibrancy of life to his early years as a farm worker, which forced him to eat smartly and healthily. Later, he took up the career he credits with keeping him happy, sharp and healthy volunteer firefighter. The New York Post interviewed Dransfield's granddaughter, who said the firefighters became his family, especially after the death of his wife of fifty four years in nineteen ninety two. She told the publication, after my grandmother passed away, that's really what kept him going. Every day he would go to the firehouse from three to five, and all the old guys would sit there and hang out. That was like his family. Dransfield says, Knowing people and loving people makes me live longer. His declaration just goes to show we have access to all the most innovative medicines and advances in medical technology, but no medicine is as powerful as connection. No medicine is as powerful as love. Love is quite literally the elixir of life. Mister Dransfields, one hundred and ten years are a sweet reminder of the most important things in life. Purpose, family, love, Go love on someone today. Maybe you'll become the next Vincent Dransfield.
