Okay, everybody, let's just get right into it. Today is Friday, February twenty eight, the what ach Crazy Day. President Trump and Vice President ja d Vance and other members of his cabinet met with President Zelenski of Ukraine in the Oval Office, ostensibly to talk about minerals deal that was about to be signed by America and the Ukraine in exchange for our very generous support in their continued effort against Putin and Russia. And it just evolved into well into a into a grudge match, really, and I was just stunning to watch. I think I'm gonna play this. I'm gonna go ahead and play it because you've probably already heard it a million times by now, so feel free to fast forward through it. But in the future, when someone comes back to listen to this episode and I get a lot of those are really the biggest chunk of my listeners, people who find me and then enjoy the back catalog. So if you're this is future you listening to the show, I'll play some of this for you so you can jog your memory. But I just leave. They lifted the foundation here. There's a lot of back and forth going on right now about whether or not that was a good idea, was it a bad play on Trump's part, on Vance's part. There are a lot of people now, you guys know, I watched CNN and MSNBC religiously, and there are a lot of people over there claiming that Trump is bringing us to the edge of World War three. There are even many conservative contrarians, Republican Katrarians who are saying, oh, that was Trump being a blustery and bullying and it was a mistake, And even some folks on Fox News were saying that Carl Rowe, why are we pulling Karl Rove out to do any political commentary anymore? That guy is a dinosaur. And I don't mean because he's old, which he is, but his playbook for politics it's gone. It doesn't exist anymore. He cannot properly analyze politics because he hasn't been able to pivot with with the change. He's not. He hasn't doesn't a foot in the Golden Age. So what a useless commentator? I think he clearly when you listen to him, he is absolutely a swamp creacher. But there are people who are saying, yeah, this was a mistake, this isn't diplomacy. Here's my honest opinion. I think if you're one of those people who's out there bitching about Trump and JD today suggesting that maybe they were too hard on Zelenski, I think that you hope that's what it is. I think the reason you think that is because you hope that Trump did secure some kind of failure, because then you can be right about him. I mean, I think if you examine yourself, that's what it is. Right, you can be right about him. You're hoping that he did blow it up. And I'm also just astonished at how many people think they know more than President Trump. I mean, I know we're all in the opinion games, so we kind of have to render those opinions. But some people who are just like I can't believe he did this. I would have done that. You're not the president. I mean, surely President Trump knows way more about the situation than you or I or anybody, and he's been gaming everything for four years. But I do think a large part of the contrarian response to this is people who are hoping that Trump did do the wrong thing so that they can be right about him and they can say I told you so. I think Trump did the right thing. I think Jade Vance did the right thing. I think there's a lot more going on here than anyone really knows, both on the diplomatic side but also behind the scene. And a lot happened today before they even got to the Oval Office that informed that exchange. See pople say this. This war has been going on for three years now, and when it started, I think most Americans were supportive of Ukraine. We're not friends to Russia. That Russia hoax has been thoroughly debunked by now President Trump is not a friend or Russia, and I didn't know much about it. It might surprise you to know that I don't know a whole lot about Eastern European geopolitical machinations. I know a little because I'm gen X and I kind of grew up in that era. But there's a lot of just the way that a lot of people don't understand what our border to the south of US looks like, or what we're dealing with here in America. Same thing. But what I did know is that I don't really approve of a bigger country just waltzing into a smaller country to take over. So I felt that by that information alone, I was justified to sort of be in Ukraine's camp. I was confused why so many Democrats were in that camp. Normally we're on opposite sides, and so I do find it a cause for concern. I'm always wondering what I have wrong if I'm in agreement with Democrats. I'm serious about that, because we're rarely in agreement. I didn't really understand, but didn't matter because I think when I was looking at it, yeah, it was it made sense to me. It seemed like if we didn't back them, and I think most Americans read it this way. It seemed like if we didn't back them, that they were going to be completely invaded by the Russians, that that would be it and the war would be over in days. And it's three years now. So again I'm not saying, you know, I think obviously if we hadn't helped them, probably Russia would have done that. So obviously they did need help. They weren't lying about that. But it's been three years and I think a lot of us look at the news reports coming out from there, and we don't see a country that looks like Gaza. Again, I'm not saying they're not fighting and dying. They are. Trump says it every time he talks about Ukraine. But American eyes, we don't see Gaza when we look at that. We don't see the desperate situation. We see life inside Ukraine carrying forward, and it makes us wonder what exactly is happening on the peripherals where the battlefronts are, and why can't this be resolved. We keep sending money and then we see Zelenski come over, and he comes over in full military garb, even though he's on diplomatic mission. It feels cost you me. But okay, you know Eastern Europeans are you know, they're a breed of their own. All right, fine, well we can accept it. Whatever do you. But then he started coming over in an in and being a guest in Congress. Can you tell my brain fog? It's just really I'm just struggling, man. He was speaking to Congress. He would go to the White House, he would be the guest at celebrity events and charity events, and every time he took that mic, all he had were words of scolding. Now I might have had a thank you peppered in there, but if there's a butt after your thank you, it's not a thank you. Right if you bring me a Mexican coke, which I love. If you bring me a Mexican coke and I say thank you but it's too warm, that have I really thanked you? You know? I think what's happened is that the American public has grown tired of Zelensky coming here and holding out his hand. And it doesn't matter whether or not you think he needs it, that's beside the point. Because I think there, at least at one point would be was a case to be made, and probably still is. That's not the point. The point is is that Americans have been through hell of our own for the last four years. It's not a war like Ukraine, but it's been a brutal four years. We are suffering. We are broke, we are in debt, we have been invaded, we can't trust our government. Government has been weaponized against us. It's just been a brutal four years. We're really struggling. The average American family is really struggling. It feels insulting for a guy like Zelensky to come over here and scold us for not helping enough. It's as if he thinks, and he may really believe this, because he might not understand a republic. It's as if he thinks that the money is coming from Biden himself, coming from Donald Trump himself, and it is not. It's our money, We're giving it to you. But just the same way people are seeing illegal immigrants getting luxury hotels in LA and New York or Chicago, well, their schools are closed and their parks are closed to accommodate these people. Their snap benefits don't match up to the luxury benefits illegals are getting, and they look at that and they go, well, wait a minute, this doesn't seem fair. This doesn't seem equitable. This certainly doesn't feel like I'm important in this equation. And I'm the taxpayer. I'm the person who pays for this. I'm told to pay for it so that people in need can have things, and then when I'm in need, I don't get anything. I think that's what Americans are looking at. When Zlenci comes over and he's angry, Oh your country, that war, got it, get it. But it comes over and he's angry time after time, and he says, you're not giving enough, You're not giving enough. He's not saying that to Biden, he's not saying saying that to Trump. He's saying that to us. And we're tired and we don't want to fight any more wars. Ten years ago, I would have told you, yeah, America does have to throw her weight around in parts of the world. I no longer believe that because we don't seem to be able to do it right, get in and get out. We're spilling too much of our own blood and treasure. We don't. We're tired. We're tired of being the world's police. We're tired of endless wars. We understand before I can hear some of you out there carry you have national security. You have to you have to be a diplomat. You have to be diplomatic, so you've got to protect your own national security. That means I get it. I'm not dumb to get it. America First is the policy of the Trump administration. So every negotiation they go into has that ethos behind it, America First. And so when Trump is talking about or even me talking about, you know what our responsibility to Ukraine is, how we can help them, it's still none of it matters. If America can't be first, it's got to be in our interest first. Sometimes, yeah, you do have to show some strength to make sure that things don't get worse or to make sure that America can stay first. I understand that. But again, I think this goes back to the idea that a lot of you want President Trump to be stupid. You want to think you're smarter than President Trump, and you want to be right about him, that he's dumb. But I just think that's a mistake it's a mistake to believe that Trump is such an idiot that he doesn't know that protecting Ukraine means protecting other countries like our own down the road. And it doesn't mean he doesn't have the intention of making that happen, but it also means he's not going to make any deals that aren't best for America first. And so you know, to my mind, I guess I think he's in a strong negotiating position. I do think this deal will get done. But to my mind, if I were thinking about it, if I were a president, I might say, well, maybe Ukraine has to just accept what's coming. And you know, if we'll keep an eye on Putin and we'll see if if he makes further incursions or he gets bolder, then that's a problem we're going to have to deal with down the road. I don't think Trump wants that. I don't think he wants that. He wanted this deal with Zelensky today, And I don't think it's wrong for the United States to say we will continue to support you, be at the negotiating table for you, and we will continue to fund you because you need it, and it's an important negotiating tool. With Putin, but you've got to give us something. This money is coming out of the pocket of the American taxpayer. We need something here, We need something for Americans here. I need you to understand what's going on underneath the surface here. Zolensky and Biden did have a quid pro quote. Biden and Zelenski actually did make a deal. They negotiated, but that deal was for the bidens That's why all those pardons, all the way back to twenty fourteen. And don't think I didn't hear. Don't think I did not hear. President Zelenski today mentioned the year twenty fourteen. It was offhanded. He mentioned it when he was talking about the Biden administration, or excuse me, the Obama administration and the work they had done and the Biden's helping with that work. He said that goes back to twenty fourteen. I don't think it's a coincident that Biden's pardons go back to twenty fourteen. Biden was negotiating, but his negotiations were on his behalf. Trump's negotiating his negotiations are on our behalf. The American people. We deserve to get a kickback, not just the Biden cartel, So that's going on underneath. Zelensky does not want he Zelensky knows that he's made some dirty deals with the Bidens, and he knows the Trump administration knows that Zelensky has also failed to hold an election to which he has constitutionally mandated. He will not because, as it turns out, he's not popular. The Ukrainian people do not like him. Over sixty percent want a new election, and he's probably gonna lose. And Trump called him a dictator the other day. Wasn't being funny? Trump? Just stop, everybody stop. You are not smarter than him. I'm not trying to say that he's someo. He's unassailable. God, I'm not a cultist, and any fan of the show knows that. But I also I'm fifty and I'm old enough to know what I don't know? Do you? He's not stupid. He's not stupid. Have we not learned our lesson about underestimating Trump? He didn't call him a dictator the other day by accident. He called him a dictator because Zelenski has refused to let elections occur in his country. He's canceled them. When is that dictator. Where's the money? It's not in the war. Zelenski is a very rich man. Everyone he's a very rich man and a raging antisemit. But I suppose that's not that crazy for Eastern Europeans. Sort of on brand. His people are suffering, They're sending their sons to the front lines to die. The think back to the invasion and Zelensky in that bunker in his costume, I'm not going anywhere. I'm going to stay here and fight for the Ukrainian people. My family is staying here too. We thought the situation was totally dire and he was in a bomb shelter and that he probably was going to die, and none of it happened. And three years later it's still going on. So none of the dire, desperate, dramatic things that we were primed to believe we're going to happen to him have happened, and we're noticing, and it colors our perception of the story he's giving us. Russia's that Russia has ill intentions. Russia wants to reunite the old Soviet Empire. We get that, but right now we're in a situation of the enemy of my enemy is my friend, but do not think that Eastern European countries are largely a friend to the United States. Trump is negotiating. So all of that was going on below the service. Here's the other thing that was happening that days in Lensky. This morning, can't believe it. Zelensky had several meetings set up with members of Trump's cabinet, again all pointing towards the signing of this minerals deal. After lunch, he overslept. This morning, he was supposed to meet the Treasury Secretary of Scott Descent. He overslept, missed the meeting, and then by besens reports and these are all well. I actually just saw Bessent on Laura Ingram's show, and then Fox was reporting some sources earlier. So apparently allegedly the set was unpleased, not pleased with that late arrival, but also he apparently called the White House to say Zelensky is being petulant and uncooperative and we don't like his attitude. Zelenski went to meet with Marco Rubio. You may recall this video of Marco Rubio sitting with his arms folded on the couch in the Oval office, which he's too small for can you help people out for a short with that couch? The Secretary of State should not have to sit like that anyways. But he was pissed staring at the camerack glaring, and there were people who were like, yeah, that's what a mad Cuban looks like. But you got to understand, Marco Rubio had just come from a meeting with Zelenski, where he in turn relayed to the White House. Zelensky is uncooperative and combative. He is not honoring any of the agreements. He's got attitude. We don't think he he's in this for what we thought he was today. All of that had happened prior to that Oval Office visit. Now, let me tell you something else. Molly Hemingway from the Federalists tweeted this out today as well. She said that last night the New York Posts ran a story about how Zolensky should should bypass the politicians and when he is visiting with Trump just make his case to the American people directly through the media. The same story idea was floating through the European press as well, and there were all these suggestions floating around that if Zolensky could get the media on his side and tell his story to the media that he that that would give him sort of an advantage over Trump and Advance, and that the American people would be more likely to accept his plea and his version that we would be a menabal time to it. So that happened. You need to keep in mind that's what was going on when they went to the Oval office. So when Zelensky turned to the cameras, I started talking about the talking about Putin and Russia, and we've tried diplomacy. It hasn't worked. Nothing's working. We've been fighting this alone. When he turned to the cameras and did that, jd Vance understood exactly what he was doing because he had been told not to do it. They had been in meetings all day. He had been combative all day. Jd Vance reads the papers. He's not stupid either. I don't know why you guys. I get that you don't like him. It's fine, but it's ridiculous to say that someone you don't like a stupid jd Vance is an extremely intelligent man and he reads papers, so he knew all of that was flying around. All of those helpful suggestions were flying around for JD, and so that's what was going on. Also, we didn't see all of his facial expressions, be because the cameras weren't trained on him the whole time. But Dolensky was rolling his eyes, shaking his head like the stuff you would smack your teenager across the face for doing. He was doing that the whole time the President and the Vice president were speaking. Now we get to the part where Zolensky starts talking about Russia putin he's fighting this alone. Jad knows exactly what he's doing because he had told him not to, and he knows that he's trying to litigate that case in front of the American media because the American media is a friendly to the Democrats, and he got bad intelligence that the American media is still the voice of the people. And that was a mistake and excuse me. And vance knew that, and that's why he called him out like that. It wasn't that Bance was arrogant or that he was angry that he didn't have the upper hand. It wasn't that at all. Vance knew what you and I didn't know. Because we don't get to go into those negotiating rooms. He knew that Zolensky was trying to do an end against them around their minerals deal and go right to the media to make his case for him, and then let the media buzz and you know, social media frenzy shift the policy of the administration. And it was a gross miscalculation on his point, because what he didn't understand. Zelensky knew that Zolensky understands our administration has changed. Obviously, he saw the election like we all did. Well, what he didn't know and maybe couldn't know, being the president of a foreign country, is that our entire media structure has changed, and our entire culture changed overnight, and the legacy media no longer speaks for or pretty much to the American electorate. He doesn't know that because he's not here. He's not part of the culture, so he can't. He couldn't have known that. And I don't even think the Europeans quite understand it yet. And that was a mistake he made. Ap wasn't even there, you know, those typical traditional outlets, they weren't there. So he thought that the media was going to make the sympathetic case for him, and that just was not the case at all. The American people have more sources of information. Now, we haven't liked what we've been seeing out of Ukraine, and we haven't liked Zelensky rolling up to Congress once or twice a year and scolding us for not giving enough, and we're worrying about the price of eggs. It's not Biden's money, it's not Trump's money, it's our money. And I guess European dictators don't understand the concept of tet's pair money and stakeholders. So it was a I think it was a gross miscalculation on his part and I don't and it wasn't Trump. Trump didn't started, So stop with all that. Trump, And I'm going to play a chunk of this for you because just you've already seen it. But down the road when people go back and buying this episode, they might want to refresher. So I'll play the video as well, or the or the sound. But Trump and JD. Vance understood what Zelenski was doing. They didn't start it. He did. He did the things you're not supposed to do. You don't come in, and you don't come in and roll your eyes and make faces like a two year old, the guy who you're asking to save your ass and save your country. They couldn't let that slide. That's not a power position, that's not a position of strength if you just pretend you don't see that. Jd. Vance knew exactly what Zelensky was doing, and he didn't want to let him get away with it. And instead of taking the l and going you know what, you're right, sir, I'm sorry. I thank you for the whole of American people. We do need more help, we need, you know, instead of taking the diplomatic approach in front of the cameras, he thought he was going to do that end road run and was promptly smacked down for it. Trump was absolutely right to be angry with him and enraged. What an ungrateful little toddler. Again, I'm with Trump. I get it. He said, Hey, he's got a lot of hate for Putin. He's very angry, and I get that. I get that too. He should hate Putin, right, he should be angry when we see him. He should feel there should be a sense of desperation about him when we see him. He's fighting for his country. Ostensibly, I'm not sure if that's true anymore, though, And I think that's Trump's problem with him. I think Trump knows that Zelensky is crooked, and maybe that's the thing he can't really say out loud, even in this era of honesty, I've been keeping Zelensky is crooked. Zolenzi's been stealing money from the American people and his own people, and he's purposefully driving this war forward. I think that's what Trump thinks. I have no idea because I don't quite understand the whole situation. I'll leave that to better minds, but they had to. You need to understand. I know a lot of people are going Putin's seeing that. He's seeing that. Yes, he knows he's not, and he talks to those people every day. You've never talked to them. Why he talks to those people He knows they're watching. Do you think that was an accident, how firm he was. I don't think he planned on it. He knows that he's going to have to go into negotiations with Putin, it was z down the road, and with whatever other despot that he's got to deal with on the world stage. He knows he knows those people are watching. Another reason why he had to put his foot down and make sure everybody knew, no, no, you're not going to do this. It's America first. From now on, it's a new sheriff in town. The game has changed. You're not going to manipulate us. You're not going to use the media to try to manipulate the American voter. And you're not going to sit here in the office, in the House of the American People, in the office of the American President, and act like a petulant child and then have the nerve to tell us that you don't like our deal. The other thing it did, President Trump mentioned Europe. Zelensky went to the Brett Beher interview You should look that up, and said, well, you know, now we're going to depend on our European friends. He tried to talk like, well, now I'm going to be cutting deals with you. Europe does not have the money to give you. There was a finger in Trump's eye. But guess what if Europe steps up for you, President Zelenski, that's good for us too. We want that, we want them to add more money, we want them to help you more. Why is it up to us? But of course Europe doesn't want that. They don't. They want Everybody wants us to keep paying for stuff, and Americans are sick of it, and there's something wrong with us being sick of it. I understand Ukraine is as a unique situation. Trump understands you don't want to have to deal with a bigger, stronger, meaner Putin down the road if he's allowed to absorb this country. So get the deal done. Get the deal done. That's it. Zelensky broke protocol, not Trump advanced Zolensky did. That's the f round part. When Trump kicked him out of the White House, that was find out. I'm gonna make a prediction here. The deal will get made. And I know, okay, there's a lot of you that are kind of secretly hoping it doesn't. So you can be right. You want to be right for whatever reason. I don't care what your hang up is about Trump, but I don't think you're gonna be right. I think he's gonna make the deal. I'm reading the Art of the Deal right now. I highly suggest it. I mean, it makes everything he does makes a lot more sense when you read it. He has not been unsuccessful so far. This has been the most successful four weeks in American history. I don't want to give Zelenski any more money as a taxpayer, don't I feel as a mother. I feel for the Ukrainian people. But the whole world is shitty. The whole world is This is why America is so great and always has been, even during the worst of times like the last administration. It's why people are dying to get here. The rest the world is crappy. We can't fix them. It's got to be America first. We cannot fix them. We can't save the world when our own citizens are floundering and drowning. This president has said from the beginning. He ran on this. It's on everything besides make America great again. America First, that's what literally, that's what we all voted for. We all heard him say it. We all heard Jdban say it. His entire cabinet says it over and over and over again. America First. We do not have to be the world's police, and we do not need to spend any more of our own blood and treasure to save parts of the world who don't seem to really want to be saved. They just want more money for their elitists. While their own people suffer. I used to be team Zelenski. I didn't want to see Ukraine get taken over, and I still don't. But I don't care for his attitude. And it feels grossly insulting for you to come over to someone else's house and then complain about how they're not generous enough to you. I don't know what other walk of life we would accept that in. But what Zelenski did today was unconscionable. He should have gotten kicked out for it. And then I loved how Trump was like, yeah, of course Trump's gonna give him another chance. Trump wants the deal done, but negotiating. He was scheduled to go back tomorrow Lago tonight, and he's That's where I'm going. I'm not holding up. I'm not holding this up. I'm not holding up my weekend. I'm going tomorrow a Lago. I'll be working from home. It'll get done. I think some of you weenies out there need to stop worrying so much about Trump's mental state, as if he's some whack adoodle that just pops off. He's not that person. I don't even I think I used to buy into that description in the last administration because I kind of bought into a lot of the media I saw. But I'm paying attention to him. He's not He's not that guy. That's not what he's doing. And I just I don't understand people who think that way, that he's just sort of unhinged and he's mad and arrogant. I don't think he's that either. I think he thinks the American people have been taken advantage of by our own leaders and foreign leaders, and he doesn't like it. He's a businessman who's negotiating, and businessmen have to get sterned. And we won't always need a businessman in cheap We will need a different kind of leader at some point. But right now, this is what we need and that's what we got. All right, play, let's just do this. Let's play this. It's about seven minutes, so you can fast forward through it if you want to. And let's play this for future listeners who are listening to the show and maybe forgot about what happened. If you forgot about it, here it is. Isn't this fun? Let's enjoy this trip down memory lane? This thing. Oh, would you see the hatred he's got for a pot and it's very tough for me to make a deal with that kind of Hey, he's got tremendous hatred and I understand that. But I can tell you the other side is exactly in love with you know him E there. So it's not a question of alignment. I have to I'm aligned with the world. I want to get the things that I'm aligned with Europe. I want to see if we can get this thing done. You want me to be tough. I could be tougher than any human being you've ever seen. I'd be so tough. But you're never going to get a deal that way. So that's the way it goes. I one more question, Hey, I would respond to this. So look, for four years in the United States of America, we had a president who stood up at press conferences and talked tough about Vladimir Putin, and then Putin invaded Ukraine and destroyed a significant chunk of the country. The path to peace and the path to prosperity is maybe engaging in diplomacy. We tried the pathway of Joe Biden, of thumping our chest and pretending that the President of the United States's words mattered more than the president of the United States's actions. What makes America a good country is America engaging in diplomacy. That's what President Trump is doing, can. I ask you sure? Yeah? Yeah, okay. So he occupied our parts big parts of Ukraine, parts of East and Crimea. So he occupied it on twenty fourteen. So during a lot of years I'm not speaking about just by them, but those time was Obama, then President Obama, then President Trump, then President Biden, now the President Trump and God bless now President Trump will stop him. But during twenty fifteen, nobody stopped him. He just occupied and took He killed people. You know what the. Contact twenty fifteen forty so how would he kills that here? Yeah? By exactly right? Yes, But during twenty fourteen until twenty twenty two, what the situation the same that people have been dying on the contact line. Nobody stopped him. You know that. We had conversations with him a lot of conversations, my elateral conversation, and we signed with him, me like a new president. In twenty nineteen, I signed with him the deal I signed with him. Macron and Mayor kill we signed ceasefire, ceasefire. All of them told me that he will never go. We signed him with guest contract. Guest contract, yes, but after that he broken this sea is fire. He killed people and he didn't exchange prisoners. We signed the exchange of prisons, but. He didn't do it. What kind of diplomacy, gig you are speaking about? What? What? What do you mean? I'm talking about the kind of diplomacy that's going to end the destruction of your country. But mister President, mister President, with respect, I think it's disrespectful for you to come to the over office try litigate this in front of the American media. Right now, you guys are going around and forcing conscripts to the front lines because you have manpower problems. You should be thanking the president for trying to bring it into this. Coming into the Ukraine. That do you say, what problems we have? I have been to come. I've actually I've actually watched and seen the stories, and I know what happens is you bring people, you bring them on a propaganda tour. Mister president, are do you disagree that you've had problems bringing people in your military help? And do you think that it's respectful and ons to come to the Oval Office of the United States of America and attack the administration that is trying. To prevent Look at Selenski's body language. You guys know, I like to watch things with the sound off, and so if you watch it with the sound off, that's not that's not a power pose. It is not a fierce warrior pose. It's not a defensive as in, hey, I'm I'm a warrior and I'm not gonna I'm not going to stand who heard being say that? You you're I don't think you should litigate this in front of the media. He did. That wasn't an accident. He didn't say that on accident, You guys. Those weren't just words that he pulled out of his ass. He understood what Zelensky was doing because Jade Bans is wickedly smart. It's it's really intelligent. He heard it. He understood that Zelensky was taking the dumb advice of the New York Post and the European media and making an end run around the negotiations. And you don't do that when you're sitting in our house. That the destruction of your country. A lot of a lot of questions, Let's start from the big sure. First of all, during the war. Everybody has problems, even you. But you have nice otions and don't feel now, but you will feel it in the fusions. You don't know that. Bless you, blessed, You're not your word. Don't tell us what we're gonna feel. We're trying to solve a problem. Don't tell us what we're going to feel. I'm not telling you because you're no position, but dictates that. That's exactly what you're doing. You're in no position. Didn't dictate what we're going to feel. We're gonna feel very We're going to feel very good. Stop here, but tell everybody that. At this point, I think there's a lot of people who said, well, Zolensky, there's a language barrier here, right. Zolenski decided to forego the translators and decided to do this in English. I'm not sure why, but maybe he felt that that would exhibit some strength. I kind of respect it, but my goodness, if you're going to do this, then you better well be able to be clear, and you better well be able to understand, because what you're doing is playing war games on the world stage, so you better bring in an interpreter. I think this was a choice by him, I think a very poor one. If you're going to pop off like this, make sure you can do it clearly so that the president can understand you clearly and you can understand him clearly. You don't want anything getting lost in translation. If you're going to be this ballsy. Be in a very bad position that he's right about the very beginning of the war, not in a good position. You don't have the cards right now with us. You start having right now, you do. You're gambling with your lives, and millions of people see you're gambling with world War three. You're gambling with world War three. And what you're doing is very disrespectful to the country. This country that's back to you. Far more than a lot of people said they should have. Have. You said thank you once in this entire media you said thank you. Went to Pennsylvania and campaigned for the opposition in October. Offer some words of appreciation for you. Some people might say, and have said, See that's what it is. J D and Trump are met because he campaign. Don't tell me that that that we need more diplomacy and then tell me that the fact that this man campaign for their opposition shouldn't mean anything. Of course it does. When it comes to diplomacy, it all means something, it's all meaningful. This is why you have to pick carefully. You back the wrong horse, you're gonna get in trouble. This is why people, this is why we have diplomacy. You don't want to tip you know, you need to tiptoe around these things. This is why other world leaders typically stay out of elections, because if the person you don't like gets elected, that's the person you're gonna have to deal with. So what you don't do is go campaign for either or American politician while you're waiting on funding for the American people. You don't know who's gonna win or did he did he think he knew who was gonna win. I don't know. I'm just asking questions. But you don't know who's gonna win. So you don't want to be caught in a situation where now you've helped one person, you've got to go beg this other guy for vital help, which is exactly what happened to him. And guess what, Van's and Trump and the rest of the American people have been very gracious and they could have told him to go pouncing, and I don't think that would have been a good idea, but they could have. Right. You actively helped our opposition, You actively campaigned for them. You have no respect for us, And you're sitting here in our house, eating our food, talking to our media and our taxpayers, rolling your eyes and being petulant and trying to make and trying to pretend like you could actually have any frickin' leverage on Donald Trump, the president of the United States. He had leverage on Biden again, which is why those pardons go back to twenty fourteen. You leverage on Biden. But get this is a sign of stupid man, It's the sign of an idiot. He did not read the tea leaves. Please. You're saying that if you will speak very loudly about the war. He's not speaking loudly. He's not speaking loudly. Your country is in big trouble. No, No, you've done a lot of talking. Your country is in big trouble. I know you're not winning. You're not winning this. You have a damn good chance of coming out, okay, because of some president. We're staying you know what, country staying strong. From the very beginning of the war. We've been alone and we are sankful. I said, thanks, you have been giving it. He gave you, the stupid president, three hundred and fifty billion dollars. You will, We gave you military equipment. You and you met up brave. But they had to use our military one of you guys. If you didn't have our military equipment, If you didn't have our military equipment, this war would have been over in two weeks. In three days, I heard from Putin in three days. This is how maybe less in two weeks. Of course, yes, it's. Going to be a very hard thing to do business like this. You say thank you. I said it there except for American except that there are disagreements and let's go again. See JD is not that's the second time he's mentioned that. That might be the third. Are you getting it? JD gets it. That's what he's doing. He gets that this was a plan by Zelensky. Zelenski thought he was going to get away with it. We know that you're wrong, but you see, I think it's good for the American people to see what's going on. I think it's very important. That's why I kept this going so long. You have to be thankful. You don't have the cars. You're buried there, your people that die, telling you you're running low on soldiers. Listen, you're running slow in soldiers. It would be a damn goodness. And then then you tell us I don't want to cease fire. I don't want to cease fire. I want to go and I wanted this. Look if you could get to cease fire right now and tell you you take it, so the bullet stopped flying and your ment stuff corning kills the war. But they're saying you don't want to see you. I want to see garantee because you get a ceasefire faster than any great colored people of all fire. What they see. That wasn't me. That wasn't with me. That was with a guy named Biden, who was not a smart person. That was your That was excuse me. That was with Obama, who gave you sheets, and I gave you javelins. I gave you the javelins to take out all those tanks. Obama gave you sheets. In fact, the statement is Obama gave sheets and Trump gave javelins. You got to be more thankful, because, let me tell you, you don't have the cards. With us, you have the cards, but without us, you don't have any cards. You're gonna be a tough deal to make because the attitudes have to change. What yeah, uh, yeah, there you have it. Shortly after that meeting, Zelensky was escorted out of the White House, his team racing out behind him, and apparently reports say that he called the White House to beg come back. He wanted to come back now, I think what has happened? And Trump left. He went tomorrow lago, which is a negotiating tactic. If you read art of the deal. He talks about that like leaving your leaving your competition hanging if they don't want to come to the table when you want it, because otherwise next time they're setting the pace. Right. So he he no, he said, no, I'm going home and going going home for the weekend. Uh. And I think this deal will get made and Americans on the ground in Ukraine. So it's not true in Ukraine, but it is American presence and American security because they will need security and probably some military operations too, extract the minerals and take them home. So for Zolensky, it's not just a matter of what he's getting for this war right now, But how he can get some quote protection on the ground to make sure Putin doesn't get bold again once he revs up his defenses again. There's a lot more going on here, so uh idea would be beneficial for him to do. Why isn't he taking the deal? Why don't you take the deal? I think there's more here going on than we know. But at the end of the day, I think what he wants. He doesn't want to give it anything, and he wants this war to continue. I think Zelensky does. I think he's making money off of it. Probably lots of people are too. Probably lots of Americans are making money off it. Another great reason for Trump to end this what I uh, it was incredible to watch. I will never forget it, and I don't think it was a mistake. I think it was a mistake on Zelensky's part. I think the American people needed to see their president standing up for them, because I know that's what I have felt every time I saw Zelensky come to Congress with his handout and be so rude. You don'ts be so rude. And if I would say anything, a lot of people were like well, he's fighting for his country. You don't understand. And I just all was thinking, I get that, But I'm not fighting for his country. I'm fighting for my bank account. I'm fighting for my kids at school. So I've been fighting for my daughter so she doesn't have to change in front of a boy at school, like I'm fighting for my black son to get an education and be a productive member of society, even though half of you know, the progressive left tells him all the time that everything's working against him and they don't want him to be successful. You know, these are the things I'm thinking about. So whenever he would come and say that, I would say, if that feels rude, It feels rude, it feels ungrateful. And you don't come and sit down in the people's house without starting with the words thank you, which is what JD. Vance was saying. Have you said thank you? By the way, he doesn't say thank you enough. All of his thank yous have butts. They all have a butt, and JD knew that. But if you sit in the Oval office and you have this wonderful opportunity to sit there with the cabinet and the president and talk about the advances you've made and your country and what your country needs from these people you're looking at. You start with thank you, even if you don't mean it. I get it. You don't want to swallow your pride. Believe me. I know. I had to do the fundraising kiss the Ring dance when I was running for school board. It was humiliating, but I didn't go in there and tell people that they owed me anything. I went in there and reminded them why we should all be fighting together, just the arrogance of it. Yeah, you should say thank you and never stop saying thank you. You've taken our money and Americans are suffering right now, and there are a lot of Americans who could get used the hack dollars that went into your pocket. Let me show you this goactic. This is a this is delightful. It's the Ukrainian ambassador in the room. And while this is happening there, you can see it and she is, as Zelensky is talking, she's moving her hand to her chin and then her nose and then you know, her forehead and she's just shaking her head and she and she's mortified. She is mortified. This is what Nick soortor had to say about it. He posted it on Twitter. The Ukrainian ambassador covered her face when Zelenski continuously tried to speak over Trump and dance in the Oval office. She knows it's all over, he does. And the thing is, if you've been paying attention at all to the situation, you've seen her on the news. I've seen her quite a bit. She shows up in Fox, so she shows up all over. Actually, she's a great diplomat. I have to say she is a very good diplomat. She has been very good at her job. She knows how to straddle that line between diplomacy and clarity. She has been definitely a Ukrainian team player. She's not throwing her country under the bus. She's been a team player, fighting for them, fighting for funding. But she has also been honest about the danger that Putin poses and what the rest of the world needs to do, not just America, and I think if I recall correctly, there have been a few other times where she has hinted, never seeing it out loud, but hinted that she was not pleased with the pace of the Biden aid I guess not the pace of it, but the effectiveness. I always got the sense that she thought Biden wasn't really helping them, but couldn't say it. So this woman's been through the ringer here in the US and she was mortified, just mortified. What a what an idiot. And the thing is is that he's not going to get that deal now, He's not going to get that version of it. Trump's definitely that guy. He is not going to put the same offer on the table north should he everyone? Because as you like to say, she's watching, Putin's watching. Yeah, he knows, he knows better than you do, and he knows they're watching. And what happens when he lets that guy talk to him like that and then signs the same sweetheart deal? No, no, no, that part's over. We'll have to wait to see what happens next. But I think we're getting a deal. I think Trump's getting his deal. I know a lot of you out there on Twitter right now saying Trump blew up the deal. There's no way this happens. I can't. I just want to reiterate my opinion is that you're saying that because you want him to be wrong, because you want to be right. You want to be right about him, and write about everything, you know. Also, like Kat, that's how CNN is. Every time I watch them, They're like hoping that this is the thing. They're like, Oh, we want this to not work out. We want Trump to be the hot head that we think he is because that'll make us right, even if that's dangerous for America. But no, I don't think so. I think Trump knows exactly what he's doing. Maybe he did get I mean, he definitely looked pissed off. Maybe he did get more heated than he thought he would. But I don't think. Yeah, I don't think. I don't think that it's a it's that difficult to understand. I think he knew what he was doing. He wants this word to end, and he was putting his foot down. He knew Zelenski is playing games. Zelenski's playing games. He has overstayed his welcome. He has definitely worn out the goodwill of the American people. We've been through enough, and I'm sorry that he was too stupid to know. Jeff went to say thank you, all right, everybody, Well that's it, and let me know what you think. Jl t Y ProtonMail dot com, j l t Y at ProtonMail dot com. Let me know.
