We've been going a little while, but guess what, we are back and we're ready to get into some stuff. I'm the host with the most you already know, I practice fan with me. Uh yeah, honey, your favorite Auntie sists, because that's what I've been. I've been. I've been deemed Auntie sists though I'm loving. That's my new moniker, my new hastag Auntie sists. Yeah, now that's that's dope. Uh, what you do? You know, since we've been off in the last month, what you what you've been doing? What you in Phoenix been doing? You know what me and Phoenix have been spending such great time together. You know. At first, you know, all this quiet and stillness because of the writer's strike had me kind of freaked out. But then I realized, my God is an awesome God, honey, I ain't got to worry about no finances. I ain't got to worry about the roof over my head. And I get all this time to work on me and be the best mom I can be, and we have just been in a great space. I'm just being mama. Oh, that's dope. That's dope. That's dope. Any updates on a writers strike? No, no, no updates. I heard those negotiations are not going very well. But I did hear that the ending actors strike. Um, those negotiations are going well. Damn that. It was all honey Day was calling us like they was campaigning for mayor vote on actors strike, and ninety eight percent voted for the strike. And so the deadline is June thirtieth for them to negotiations, and if negotiations are not met, then the actors are going on strike too. So yeah, so let's say, if y'all see me on only fans, just don't eat and trip. I'm just doing what I can do to take care of my kid until I can go back to work. Putting that out there. I'm just putting that out there. You know what I'm saying. I've been greezing up my breast, you know, my feet because exactly what they're about to do. Um, all right, nipple by any means necessary, sir, because I can't tell a lot huge no hands okay, dam yeah, like the writer strikeman going on for a while, pasted like eight months baby, So I don't know, it's like they're really you know, I feel for my friends who are writers because they're really trying to eliminate them because now they didn't got a hip to this AI you know, first my bag, sorry heart, Um, I just left a very good podcast where I could and I was still in that zone. Um. But I just feel like they need to pay those people. Those people have a they have a gift, they write, they make these great shows, and they should be paid accordingly. They should be compensated accordingly, Not the big wigs who sit behind the desk to be making all the money, Not when the people on the ground are making it happen. Yeah. Yeah, it's it's just weird that we're moving into this um, this futuristic uhum time and you know, the next fifteen twenty years, you know, nothing is going to be the same. It's nothing like apps. Have y'all tried it? Yeah, I have not such. I felt like such uh, like I was committing a crime. But I have gotten hooked on them because no matter what idea I have, I say it into this app and the whole book or script or everything just pops up. And I'm like, Yo, this is bugging me out. It's crazy. Eliminate so much work that we normally would have to do when we're less out ideas for a book or a script or a screen. You know what I'm saying. And it's like, but if I ain't token, that's still does you still have to go back and put emotion into it. You still have to go I was working on a contract and I needed to add a clause in it that I didn't have in there, and I was just curious. I was like, you know what, let me just go to this to this AI thing and you tell them give me a contract clause that says whatever it is you want to say, and they put it right out. I'm like, Yo, that's crazy, dude. I literally had an idea in my head for scrip for years and I've been tinkering on the laptop trying to flesh it out. I spoke my idea into that app When I tell you the entire tire first twenty pages of that script, analog line came out. I was like, what the what like? And I've been fiddling with this, this idea for years. I try to how to how to put it out there. And don't get me wrong, I've got to go back and add emotion. I've got to go back and personalize it. But dude, all that work that I was struggling with was just done for me a matter of seconds. Wow. That's crazy. Yeah, but you can't say You can't say that you just ain't got time to do something no more when it comes to writing a book or something, because I don't like that one if nothing else, because I don't do nothing else with it, I'm gonna throw the idea into it and let it sit until I get to it. But you won't forget your idea. You don't forget stuff. I'm woke in the middle of my I sleep and saying something that phone and came back into a whole ten chapters written. Yeah, I have not. I don't even know what a y'all talking about. I've been so I've been so busy with party and celebrating, renovating, the host and awards ceremonies. JENRCA, I ain't even had no time to really tap in. H got what you're talking about to it because everybody keeps a secret like it's some part of some secret society. Because the person who told me whispering in my ear like they were telling me some top secret stock market tips. No, I haven't tapped in yet. So yeah, y'all definitely gotta put me on game with that. A darvo. What's up with you? Man? What you've done since we are since the last time we you know, we've been together. You know we've been on this little vacation. Man, what's up man? You know I'm always working, brother, constantly working projects, and you know I'm trying to get it bro Okay, good man, and Mama, did you for your birthday too? I did? I can't do for your birthday? I'm mad. I ain't an dagon invite. I'm sorry wa social media like I'm some HANDKO was doing this. I thought, family, you are to get an invite. I ain't get no text like aces. It's the dram and see it like I'm so, you know what, you absolutely take my little twenty dollars cash back because you own some bull crap that that ain't that twenty dollars with a long way to so you know, hey, it went a long way. It was. It was the other half to the other twenty. I needed, you know, for what I need to do with her, her not to be named a celebration show. Da you know what, slip that twenty and the two hundred. I know how you do? You already go twenty with the work and that twenty and that twenty went a long way, right the flipper Brown, You're gonna make it happen. I'm I'm I'm gonna turn it into something. I'm gonna get work. But um, yeah, I believe been doing much like I said, it's been working busy and um trying to get some rest. I'll be in Houston Coco weekend, okay, and so you know, just uh sassy, you know, you know she's a part of our family. You know, her sister birthday is that weekend of the of the eighth. So I'll be down there hanging out. No, I gotta, I gotta, I gotta personal you know, what it looks like. Well listen, this wasn't everybody. This was more like a h ultimatum. So uh, okay, it's a difference better, Yeah, that type of situation. Yeah. So, um so I'll be down there and uh, you know, just doing some traveling and that's pretty much it, and um yeah, everything's cool. Man. I can't wait to get into some of the hot talk hop hot topics today. Ain't even talking been away from the mic, but um, I want to definitely recap some of the some of the highlights swimming BT Awards coming up in it. Yeah, I want to talk about I can't even say the line on this show what the Ratchet Awards? Now? Yeah, my boy called it the EBT Awards. I like, oh man, that's right, just switch them lessons the EBT Awards. I mean, but I'm I'm trying to pinpoint when did the BET Awards take a turn for I don't want to say the worst, but it definitely has taken Acuse it used to be kind of classy. Man. Yeah, guy, I this dude did a post earlier and he showed how the front row used to look with like Beyonce and jay Z and YadA all these a listens in the front row, and now you got a front rower. Who the hell is that? Yeah, so it's like I saw my boy in the front row and he is a carpenter, man, stop playing. He a carpenter. He could he he he he'd be he'd be so on lumber brod for real, Like he he rebuilds decks. That boy was in the front row. I said, damn, damn. You know, controversy creates cash. Let's just let me yes reference when I'm getting ready to say, okay, mm hmm. But do we in our community, in our in what we do, must we just all the way seem like we have to be so ghetto and uncouth? No, like right, I mean to to to I is this is this the best of black excellence when we when we come I'm you know, when we have that word. Actually, well, well, what I'm saying is when we look at okay, let's look at the NABACP Awards. Let's look at uh, the double and the Stellar Awards. Between me and you, it didn't kind of too you know what I mean. Just if you we're gonna just be real about it, I'm not really. I mean, listen, I appreciate the platform, and you know, and I understand that the culture has changed throughout the years and you have a whole new generation of artists coming up and entertainers use the wish that in the first I get it. Yeah, I just hate that. Man. There has to be you know, it's like in church. Church has evolved, right, you know, the pandemic really shook up church. So now all these churches are a lot of churches didn't make it through the pandemic and to shut down. A lot of churches did survived, but now they're more prepared so if another pandemic, God forbids come, they have they have virtual services where you know, they have streaming, They have everything right, but you still don't lose a sense of tradition in church. It's okay to embrace the things that are new, but there has to be some sense of tradition in church, you know. And I think that's that that should be the standard end of DT Awards, Stellar Awards, the Dove and the Nation. You know what I'm saying. We need to make sure that if man's opinion, I think that needs to happen. I mean, let's just let's just take it right now. Talk about Buster Rhymes. Buster Ryan says, hey, we got to stop this narrative. The rappers got to stop the narrative of that they hate each other. That's that's a crazy narrative. But it seemed like all of the hip hop music, it's about killing somebody, disrespecting the disrespecting black women. It's just like so negative, you know what I'm saying. So you you got that, and then lord, let's let's get into you know, Oh, Patty LaBelle. I ain't laughing at her, but I am laughing at that. She had no business there. Do you know how high she had to distend from to come and be on a stage around that mess? Do you think take away from her? I just feel like, I just feel like Patty is too classy. Pattie is a legend. That was not the place for Patty. If you were gonna have someone coming to a tribute the Tina Turner, that was conducive to what was in that audience. There were children that had no idea that Patty was Dwayne Wayne's mama. There were people and you're wondering who the hell Patty was. That was not her place. And I love Patty. I love Patty, but she needs to beat she needs to beat her managements hell, because she had no business being there. If they was gonna have it like they had it and the way it was, they should have had one of the new artists that can sing a little bit to do that tribute. That would have been conducive to the environment. But Patty, it's like literally like one of the stark angels having to just tin down to hell because that's how hot it was. It was so beneath Patty. When they said Patty attribute from Payla bell I said, wise, Patty there, I mean literally that was my first word. Well, I didn't even care about the fact she forgot the words. We know Patty one hundred and twelve. Okay, we know Patty has been around a long time. Patty sum and Jesus, we know Patty is a legacy. She has been around, like like my mother had posters of Patty on the wall, like look, okay, So I just feel like and and this woman is just just the epitome of class. She is a real artist, she's icon. She had no business there. That is what disturbs me, not that she forgot the words, because I'm like, I'm gonna give Patty a pass every time, because Patty girl, you Patty, okay, we know you could blow sugar. Okay, if you could have read the teleproperty, they had it too far from you. You didn't have one your glances. I get it. See, they should have known that. They should have known it should have been a different thought. They knew that tele property should have been closer and a different thought for Patty. Okay, she never lastes on. Okay, And but the fact that she was even there, that's I'm stuck on that. Patty had no business there. She is above that, that is so beneath Patty's pay grade, like you know what, so high? So no, do you so? Do you think that uh uh, that she um that that maybe they said, well, you know what, because her and Tina Turner came up in the same era, maybe they should have went and got somebody else. I'm sure. Do you think if she remember the words? Do you think if she would have remembered the words, would it have been back? Would it have made the performance? O? Yes, yes, maybe, yes, maybe, But even still I don't think that was the best song choice for the environment. Once again, the ta not knowing how to read the freaking room. Them children didn't know simply the best but everybody know what's love got to do? With it, right, everybody, Right, big shout out to uh to my man Tyler Perry for purchasing be T. So you're gonna see all the time Tyler Perry movies and all the Tyler Perry. Is that official because he hasn't. The Only reason why I'm saying I'm waiting on for him to say something because usually Tyler would do a post and say okay, back then, Tyler, and we know how they run with a lie. I think that, I think he I think, yeah, I think he was really I don't even know what people be thinking. I don't know, I can't I don't know the the the booty hole ain't the whole thing in front of it. I'm still kind of what's the what's the lyricsure? I just lost my words. I don't even know if I should say it. He said by something something pink and by something something brown. Okay, Yeah, the moment. I mean thing was, first of all, Bingt didn't read the room. Why would you even sit him next to this chicken? Okay? And then you know you put him he should have been sitting over there with the dignitaries. Why would you put him in the midst of a Krishawn rock and and and and this girl? Why would you even put like you're not reading the room. And then like, I think he was fine up unto that girl got up in that little beauty supply store outfit and decided she was gonna sing her song because she wasn't invited on stage, and then was doing it right in front of it. And I think he was fine because when anything probably popped on stage, you probably went to this Bible app you know, you know, But at that point, it's all in his face, digressed normal, He can't look at his phone no more. It's in his face. And I'm just like, I say, you know who. As I saw it, I just grabbed my Bible and put the TV on mute. I said, y'all ain't taking me to Hell. If I go to Hell, I'm do it on my own accord to my own actions. I think that's really interesting about this is that again, we go back to anything goals and I just think I just think Bobby Jones probably was like, and here's the thing, let's let's slip it. He might eat might be playing it off to say, oh, man, I can't believe she did that. But in this matter like who that booty? That booty? No he I'm gonna tell you he played off. He probably he probably Yeah, he looked disgusted because the on TV. But you probably don't even know what he might have been really thinking, though he might might have liked. Sitting next to him was thoroughly entertainment. Yeah, I'm pretty dirty. Yeah, he was sitting next to him. You could tell that he was thoroughly entertained. He was bugging. And I thought about it, now, what is this? What? What am I missing? What? What? What? Bobby? Bobby wasn't feeling it. Bobby wasn't feeling it at all. Bobby, Bobby and Sauty like man, and she probably could do this off camera. We might have been art. Yeah, So I think what we saw, this is what happened. There's a segment of our community, a segment of our population who believes that decorum, having class means you're trying to act white. Yeah, right, that's the problem. It's this whole what they call it respectability. You're promoting respectability like, oh you want to be white? No, there there should be something to be said about having some decorum, some class. We're not saying everybody gotta be blueshie. But come on now, my, my such and such pink and my booty hole brown. You're saying that right right right there for the Bobby I'm a man that's like fish and TD Jakes and telling him to follow me on only fans. Well, I don't think so. I think that might have been a little bit worse, a little word. But see, that's letting you know that even in the midst of me trying to be ratchet, there's still the level of decorum. Correct. Yeah, what are you told me? So? I was like, okay, yeah, like you gotta leave him? Oh god, oh my god. And if the actually very quite true, then very true. Yeah, the same. I think we need to go back to sex at classes so that men can know what a real vagina looks like. Yeah, a lot of you about that. They took sex and out of schools, and these babies don't know. So therefore, you know, it may not smell like colone, it might look like fish, but it might be evil. Right, I'm I'm gonna let you forget lead an ill loma. And you know what's interesting about all this, though, I think that I think that we are living and in in some some really um how can I say it? Really animated overly animated times like everything is on one thousand, everything is to the extreme. Everything is like you know, my such as such as pink and my no, okay, I'm not well. I think we're little bit of time. Now it's all about how far will you go? There is no boundaries, there is no ceiling, there is no cap. It is how far are you willing to go to be famous? And that I blame on the industry because they claim their gatekeepers, but honestly, no, at this point anyone can get The door is wide open, and all it takes is for you to get enough viewers and likes on something for you to be sitting at the same table with somebody that has an egot. Okay, it used to not be that way. It used to be that there was levels, there was tears, there were steps. Now you're telling me that all I do is go viral and get a million of some views, and I can be sitting at a table with a billionaire who's put in the dudes. That's crazy. It's weird. It's definitely weird. That's why I'm going back to that blue check you know, I know about to wrap it up. Yeah bought man, That's like, you better go and look at my grandfather before you got to buy one. I see one, I see listen Google blue checks, listen, I see more black, I see more blue checks in my Instagram storage that I've ever seen before. I'm like, it's like wow. So like going back to your point, you earned, you earned your key, that's why you you are, Cocoa. Same thing with you, Darbio. You've earned your key in the in your in the arena that you deal it. That's why you've been able to do what you do. Me personally, I don't have to buy check now. If I get a check, it's great, but I don't because my work speaks for it. So how I kind of my business speaks for it. So so at the end of the day, I don't have to. And you're right, I don't have a problem Coco working and busting my ass to do what I need to do to continue to work myself into the roomb. And and I just think that we live in a culture where if you sell your soul, you get on and I just I just it's just crazy, Like I call it setting your hair on fire. It's easy to take if you go staying in the middle of the street, and it's just it's just it's just crazy. Like it's like if I dropped, if I if I really did do it, only fans and I did some really sexual, debaucherous crap on it, and that leaked. I'd be in the front road to bt boars next year. Yep, yep, now I'm buying you. I could have been in the front road this year, but then the young children would have been like, who's she? Uh? But if I can''s a really ratchet ignorant crap right now, Like it's crazy, and I would go viral. It's like, you know, somebody said, what ain't you doing Country Wayne Skins? Now I said, I sure am, But that's probably the only one I do one with m hm, because yeah, he paved the way and I like the way he conducts the business. So what Yeah, yeah, well yes, will say Emmy nominated and Country Wayne skits, so what? And then and it's like Country Wayne and uh and Jordan Jackson as well are one of our one of our guests. Yeah, that's dope. You can pick and choose. I'll tell people all the time, we're in an age where people don't care what they have to do to get on because now they know the floodgates are open and anybody can get on. Yeah, it's it's it's it's crazy when you know you're sitting there even even you know, I have heard conversations where you know, season trained, award winning actors are like, oh my god, we were there all this social media influencer got a major role and they can't act. Yeah, because this fool can't remember their lines or know their lines or can't even read Q cards. We stuck here all day. I bust my tail in Juilliard and thirty years of a career for this. It's weird. It's weird. It's weird. Well, listen as we get readier in the show. On a lighter note, uh down where you had comfort as a Georgian man who paid eighty thousand dollars because he got tired of being rejected by women because of his height. He was five five. He had a surgery that costs him eighty thousand that added length to him. So now he's six feet tall. Six feet tall. I just and he claims he didn't do it for the ladies. Now, I would love to see it before a picture. How short was he did they show before? Fast? I mean, I got that's a tiny man. That's a tiny, tiny man. Yeah, he's sixty where I hope to God that he tells whatever woman he has a baby with while their children are so tiny. Yeah, you don't got to wonder why she got these little itty bitty dwarf as children and they don't grow that they're still wearing fourteen at twelve years old. I hope, she tells, I hope he little fingers and little she thinks she's about to have her some ball players, and you're gonna be stuck with some wrestlers, baby, yeah, some uh yeah, you're gonna be some chess boards, some chess players. They're gonna play chess. Yeah, they're gonna be focused on cricket. Let them play cricket. Um, they're gonna be playing. Uh right, they gotta be Does it say how to how to thirde? Like? How do they do that? They severed, They severed the bone and then they extend the leg and they grab skin from other parts of his body and they put a metal rod in his shin bone, in his bone and extend So mind you did they do his feet? Listen, if you gotta go through all that man did everybody man in the in the man parts, you know in the penis you know me and are now getting He might be okay, because I don't know about any other women out there. From my experiences, big things come in small packages. They'd be them big ones that be tricking you. If he was black like some of these little men are, it's now all gonna be proportioned. He's not gonna look like a tripod anymore. You gonna like a tripod. But if he wasn't blessed in that area, I hope he's put some money away for the others. Wow, that's crazy. Eighty thousand to get taller, that's crazy. I'll just stay five ten. I'm cool, it's great. I'm all right, I'm blessing. I'm blessed that that's average height a little bit above. Yeah, I'm I'm cool.
